to whom it may concern,

I’ve been using Box.net and Box sync for Windows, but I’d like to try your product.

Busy Docs looks like a great product, but I can’t seem to find out how to get it. When I go to downloads it says: “Due to changes on Google we can not offer any downloads at this time. Please check back soon.” Is there another place where I can get the program. Please assist.

Has the option to ‘Synchronize folders with Google Docs’ been added to the latest version? Also if I upload a folder to Google Docs, then it is apparently downloaded again by Busy Docs as a ‘local copy’ of the Google Docs’ files. In this case, do we have 2 versions of the same file on our local hard drive?

Not all files are uploaded.. I am currently using 8gb out of 20gb on google docs. I purchased more room before starting the upload. I have tried several attempts over the past 2-weeks with no success over the first upload. Any suggestions?

Yes, it runs automatically in the background and restarts automatically when reboot your computer. The browser is just the user interface, but it runs independently.

Do I need to start up BusyDocs everytime I start the computer or does it start automatically? Does it run in the background, automatically synchronising my files even if I do not have BusyDocs open in a browser?

for many people, main, most important feature would be easy set-up for automatic sync between google doc and files in pc.

1. mark after app install, what files/directories will be automatically synced in what direction //mark in advanced how often files are synced, allwaysync series i think had best options for that
2. do whatever u did before, knowing that files are securely online and in your computer.

- i think you have all that but this should be maybe main feature to show people, to make them even more understood how good it is for them to use this app (if they understand benefits of google docs). Your service is mayor missing link between google docs and people workplace. Google will be interested

3. take look from busydoc the file transfer history and backup/restore option for business users (first when rolled out – free)

make usb app what one can use to backup files to googledoc (with pre def options that can be changed from the fly) or to other server?
App will load himself to pc temporally to ease the work from computer to computer

I have many other ideas about backup options, features, let me know if some ideas are needed that i can help with
